We can provide our services countrywide through a network of accredited assessors. Home Information Packs have been compulsory for all properties since 14th December 2007 and from 1st October 2008 every property for rent must have an Energy Performance Certificate. Cooper Allwood provide HIPs and EPCs for both rental properties and for inclusion within your HIP provided by your solicitor.
